  • Normalise title values: /wiki/Foo%20Bar -> /wiki/Foo_Bar
  • Normalise empty title: /wiki/ -> /wiki/Main /w/index.php?title= -> /wiki/Main
  • Don't redirect anything with query parameters other than 'title' or 'action=view'.
