ClearUserWatchlistJob::getDeduplicationInfo ( )

Subclasses may need to override this to make duplication detection work.

The resulting map conveys everything that makes the job unique. This is only checked if ignoreDuplicates() returns true, meaning that duplicate jobs are supposed to be ignored.
