Use this hook to reject an otherwise usable cached value from the Parser cache.

NOTE: CARELESS USE OF THIS HOOK CAN HAVE CATASTROPHIC CONSEQUENCES FOR HIGH-TRAFFIC INSTALLATIONS. USE WITH EXTREME CARE.
