wfEntryPointCheck	(		$format = 'text',
			$scriptPath = '/' )

Check PHP version and that external dependencies are installed, and display an informative error if either condition is not satisfied.

string	$format	One of "text" or "html"
string	$scriptPath	Used when an error is formatted as HTML.
